​Tibetan people are living a cultural genocide in what was once their own land. The Tibetan population has been “fighting” for over half a century against its oppressor through a unique practice:    

NON VIOLENCE. 



We firmly believe that the philosophy developed during the past centuries in this Himalayan country is of immense benefit to the inhabitants of the whole world. Tibetan Buddhism teaches very simple practices in order to live happily, to love, to forgive and mainly to be satisfied with what we have and to not always crave the things we don’t have.

We want to preserve these teachings and to save the lives of those who have dedicated their entire existence to pass on to others such spiritual benefit.
